General
A case break is a group break where participants purchase a spot to receive cards from a sealed case of trading cards. For example, in a "Pick Your Team" break, you choose your team (e.g., Los Angeles Lakers), and you’ll receive all cards for that team from the break. In a "Random Team" break, teams are assigned randomly. Once the break is full, we open the case live on stream, and your cards are shipped to you!
We strive to keep our inventory updated. If a product is listed on our site, it’s generally in stock unless marked as "Sold Out." For case breaks, spots are limited, so we recommend joining early to secure your team.

Due to the nature of case breaks and collectibles, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order (e.g., missing cards), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
