Our Services include livestream card breaks, where participants purchase spots to receive trading cards or other items revealed during the livestream. By participating, you agree to the following:

• Purchase and Allocation: Spots in card breaks are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All purchases are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless explicitly stated.
• Randomization: Card breaks may involve randomization processes (e.g., assigning teams or cards). These processes are conducted fairly, and outcomes are final.
• Shipping: Items won during a break will be shipped to the address provided in your account. You are responsible for providing a valid shipping address and any applicable shipping fees.
• Condition of Items: Cards and items are sold as-is. We do not guarantee the condition, value, or authenticity of items beyond what is described during the break.

3. Payments

All payments for Services must be made in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) through the payment methods we provide. You agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information.
• Pay all applicable fees, including taxes and shipping costs, in HKD.
• Authorize us to charge your provided payment method for any purchases in HKD.

We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your financial institution, including currency conversion fees.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services, including introducing viruses or malicious code.
• Engage in harassing, abusive, or inappropriate behavior during livestreams or in communications with us or other users.
• Attempt to manipulate or cheat during card breaks or randomization processes.

We reserve the right to remove you from our Services and ban your account for violating these rules.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
